GeoThermie Delft BV (GTD) wants to set up a production location on the TU Delft campus to extract geothermal energy. This location will be next to the combined heat and power plant. And partly in a separate part of this power station.
The municipality has drawn up the design zoning plan Geothermie Rotterdamseweg for this. This plan makes it possible for TU Delft to set up the production location.
The boundaries of the plan area are:
A parking garage will be built on the site south of the plan area.

On Monday, December 13, 2021 there will be an online information evening from 6.30 pm to 8 pm. You can ask questions during this meeting. And give a verbal response (opinion). Please clearly state your name, address and the zoning plan in your response. You can respond from November 30, 2021 to January 10, 2022. You will receive an invoice a few months after your response. This is a summary of all the responses the municipality has received and the responses to them. This note and the zoning plan will then be sent to the city council.
